Details: more than just mushrooms! Join us on our annual venture as we go in search of fungi that grow in the forest. Learn folklore and identification skills from a fungi expert. Please wear sensible shoes and come dressed for the forest. All children must be accompanied.

Location: Sherwood Pines Forest Park is approximately 5 miles east of Mansfield. The entrance to the forest is on the B6030, between Old Clipstone and Edwinstowe. On driving up this road, follow the brown road signs to “Sherwood Pines.” N.B. Make sure you don’t go to Sherwood Forest Country Park in Edwinstowe, or Sherwood Forest Holiday Village (Center Parcs)!
